The room was very clean and also silent. I found the bed good and larger than I expected for a single person. The welcome desk is open 24/7 and I liked that. The staff was very kind. They helped me with directions.
The absence of shutters bothered me. The window was old, and the room was noisy because of that. The shower door was difficult to maneuver, and I did not like that. I had issues with the lighting in the room. It was dim.

the staff was amiable and readily available to assist with any inquiries. the hotel's location proved advantageous. it allowed easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants.
the room i stayed in lacked sufficient soundproofing. street noise was quite noticeable. additionally, the shower door proved difficult to operate, requiring extra effort to open and close.
